Business	1 Form 2 Photos Covering letter on company's letterhead with company stamp/seal Original Invitation attested by FRRO Department in Ukraine, Registration Certificate of Ukraine Company (Without this Visa will not be processed) Authorization letter on company's letter head with companys stamp/seal,authorizing the person for submisssion & collection of documents, leaving the name of authorised person blank should be sent along with the documents.
Fee	Two DD each of Rs.1350/- in favour of EMBASSY OF UKRAINE New Delhi, for single entry visa only. ( One DD to be submitted at the time of submission and another at the time of collection.) Handling /insurance Charges Rs. 7000/- by Draft in our favour to be sent with documents.
