  1- Pax will return back to his/ her native country within the specified time.
  2- Company will bear his / her expenses.
  3- PAX will not change the temporary visa to another category of visa once he or she enters Philippines.

Note: With Effect 30th June 03, the embassy would accept only 2" x 2" photograph taken within 6 months duly signed on front side half on application form & half on photograph. Poloriod or passport size photograph will not accpected.
