• Covering letter on the company letterhead in detail mentioning the designation of the traveller and the name and designation of authorised signatory.
• Invitation from Bangladesh with name and designation of the authorised singnatery (invitation should have the complete address and contact no. of Bangladeshi Company)
• Exchange endorsement or Credit Card copy.

1.  Processing of multiple entry visa takes minimum 4/5 working days. Company profile is must. Decision of     giving multiple entry is to be given by the Embassy.
2. Suggest, request for single entry visa only as if you could     the request fo multiple entry then visa could take indefinite time.
3. Companies engaged in oil/machine/media/scape will  have to bear the visa processing time of 2 weeks as the     cases will be referred to home department Bangladesh.

For employment cases:

1. 3 photos required.
2. Original highest educational and professional degree/ certificate.Should be attested from HRD and MEA.
3. Copy of advertisement given in the local newspaper by  bangladeshi company for recruitment of new employees.
4. Company profile of Bangladeshi company and details of  present manpower.
   5. Time taken is one week.

All the passport which are issued in Kolkata are to be applied in Kolkata only.
